We can manufacture and supply a full range of standard fire doors, sliding fire doors, with fire ratings of up to four hours. We also supply the full range of life safety doors which are ideal for apartment entry applications. We can pre-hang your fire doors into fire rated Timber Jambs for a more refined look. Ratings of -/60/30, -/120/30, -/240/- With sizing available up to 3m (h) x 1.5m (w) Timber Faced Fire Door Leaves 30 min, 1hr, 2hr, 4hr Timber fire door leaves utilising the latest Pyropanel fire resistant door core and design technology. These doors are fully tested and certified to AS1530.4 and AS1905.1, and are available in a variety of sizes and finishes in 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr and 4 hrs resistance levels. Ideal for most applications that require a certified fire door set especially in residential complexes, hospitals, schools and public buildings.

Up to 2040 x 920 = 3 hinges
Up to 2400 x 1020 = 4 hinges
Up to 3000 x 1500 = 5 hinges
Life safety doorsets can also been manufactured to Australian Standards and come with Life Safety Door compliance. Life Safety Doors are door leaf / seal combinations that have been tested to AS1530.7 for smoke leakage.
